2 week Delay

If I could give a zero I would. My boyfriend has been trying for 2 weeks to get from Cape Town to JHB. Something was wrong on their system and he wasn’t allowed to board the flight. He has tried different airlines and still nothing works. ACSA has no urgency in fixing this problem and continuously disappoint him. They promise they’ll escort him on the plane and then they don’t arrive in time for boarding. He has spent day in and out at the airport changing tickets and airlines at the mercy at them fixing this issue. They have no sense of humanity and don’t realize that their job is literally to connect people.
