Not feeling safe

I am having the worst experience with this company, I live in a "security" complex or so i thought. This company does not assist en crucial matters but they love spending time on nitty grittys and also their staff like napping on the job. (Yes i do have proof) they also only do what the board members say and not what is right nor fair towards the rest of the people staying here ( the people paying for services cleary not delivered) a few months ago there was an incident inside the complex where a firearm was pulled from someones boot in public shot in the air then held against my mothers head and then my brothers head. He was also assaulted by this person while being held by 2 other men, however all this happened while some of these guards just stood there watching not stopping not removing the firearm not even calling SAPS. That same night my brothers friend was stabbed there was footage however it became a pass the bucket scene to get footage in the end i was told his footage was only to be approved by the board. - I was informed the next day, That it was the securitys job to remove the firearm call SAPS and assist, needless to say we had to call them ourselves and then to hear from SAPS that there were no eye witnesses and then a few weeks later footage was given but only from after everything settled and the ambulance was here (NO WITNESSES? ) Then tonight 26Dec2020 We find that the security staff takes naps on the job and i have saved the footage. I have not contacted the owners nor managers since i clearly will only be wasting my time.
