Cancelled my account with them. The guy who handled everything did not give everything through to the office and leaves his job. One year later i get a call from dept collectors for owing them the last 11 months payments. Not ONCE did anyone there call or email me to ask me whats going one why i am not paying. Then se would have sorted this out quick and easy. Insted they just go and report me to dept collectors. Talked to them and agreed to pay only 2 invoices, wich is still not fair as THEY MESSED UP. Now i got slammed with the dept collectos legel fees as well. All the money down the drain. Very bad costomer services. Make sure when you cancel your services with them that it is actully cancelled.
