Unfaithful

I have recently bought a 2013 Jeep SRT8 on the month of October and had experienced issues with vehicle same day I bought the car , I called yasuf to inform him of the incident / problems of the car ( car coolant leaking badly ) .

He rest assured to come back to me the following day which he never did , I then took the car myself to union motors dealershop ( Secunda) they found a pipe that had bursted replaced it .

I collected the car the following week on Wednesday while in the interim ACSpreowned Benoni gave me a blue golf which wasn’t tidy at all ...

Same week I had to drive home to nelspruit I picked up that the coolant is still leaking , I called ACSpreowened Benoni again , this time I spoke to Abdool , after yasuf had blocked me on whassap and want picking up my calls anymore ...

Abdool who had also promised to have this matter urgently sorted out ...

Now recall I haven’t actually took the car for a nice spin so in my way to nelspruit picked up two extra problems

Smoke coming into the car suffocating you so that means you have to drive the car with your windows opened to avoid this enhaling of the smoke ( dangerous gases) can cause you to fall asleep and never wake up - Noise coming out of the rest right hand wheel when driving beyond 140km/h or when you take off fast from standstill .

Further more I had reported this issues to the dealershop since from 20th of October 2017 until today I still haven’t received a call nor a something

When I talk to Abdool ( owner) he tells that I shouldn’t worry they will fix all god issues and that they still arranging me another to drive so that they can collect the Jeep I will get back to me in 2 minutes ..

I have been waiting for almost two weeks now for them to get me a car after they said they will get back to me in two minutes which I believe 2 minutes had long lapsed

I truly regret trading in my car which was in an excellent condition and had never gave me problems ever since I had the car

I have now referred the issue to my lawyers to deal with it because I can’t keep on following the ACSpreowned everyday ...

I have been truly patient with the dealershop and had took their words for r everything but truly they not running a smooth and honest business to their clients ,they do not disclose the issues their cars have instead they inrush to draft deals ..

The frustration I have everyday knowing I have a car outside but I can’t even drive because it has issues

And that the dealershop is playing me for a fool everyday it hurts ..

Please becareful of this dealershop if you need to retain your stress free lifestyle ...
