Quick to sell, but poor after service

Well, last year during the week of Christmas, I contacted Abdul, the owner of the dealership, on the 22nd December 2014 for a vehicle. I decided on a Bakkie, and on the 22nd he informed me that the deal was approved, and told me that I must come collect the next day at 11h00 for he was short of staff. I presumed that the vehicle had already gone through the roadworthy test. He told me that he will send to me the registration papers on the 12th of January 2015, for they were about to close for the Christmas period.<br> After the 12th me and my wife both, contacted him regarding the papers various times but were unsuccessful. We decided to go to the license department ourselves, and we succeeded to obtain the vehicle registration form, but to our surprise they told us that the vehicle did not pass a roadworthy test yet. I bought a R406 000 vehicle, but now I must run around to get papers and to take it for roadworthy, and then buy the number plates. Wasn't this supposed to be done by the dealer? He charged me R5000 as indicated on the contract. I will have to contact MFC head office.<br> I am very disappointed in you.
