Poor service

I bought a car from them 3 weeks ago ,and did trade in a Mercedes c*** model.Unfortunately,they have poor communication and ACS didn't pay for the settlement yet.Now ,Wesbank is still harassing me to pay the installment as the car is still in my name.I have now to hand the case to my lawyer.May be the only way to get things sorted out. Not a good dealership to recommend.
