Pathetic Service

Really pathetic service. In October 2020 I traded-in my Ford Ranger on a Nissan X-Trail at ACS Pre-Owned. I took the X-Trail for an inspection as I realized something was wrong with the vehicle. The quote I got from the inspection showed almost R70k worth of damages and repairs on the vehicle. I immediately informed ACS about this and that I want to cancel the transaction. They then stated that I bought the car as is which was not the case. Luckily I took a screenshot of the original ad as you could clearly see that they went and changed it online. After a huge fight they agreed to cancel the transaction. I received my bakkie back on 20 October 2020 and they took possession of the X-Trail on the same day. On 30 November 2020 the instalment for the X-Trail still went off from my account as ACS never settled the loan with Wesbank on the X-Trail and they still have not... Do not buy from these guys
