Not expecting any feedback, that's how you roll...

Where to start...31 May 2018 we purchased a white BMW 320d M Sport the day we go to collect the car we notice one of the back doors is a off white color which was different than the rest of the car we were then advised that the car needs to go in for polish... Ok we agree to it, next day we get there my fiance advises Abdul that the front fork light isn't working and the car is due for a service as well as wheel balancing as there was a vibration when driving they then tell us they will send it for the service along with the fork light and balancing (Apparently up till today they haven't yet received stock of the light cause we still waiting). We send the car in we wait 2 days get it back guaranteed that the service has been done with a promise that ACS will sort out the fork light (After we got the car back, noticed that the wheel balancing was still off my fiance then took the car for wheel balancing himself just to find out that 3 mags where bent) Then we find out not even a month later that the run flat tyre that is on the car keeps on deflating it eventually costs us to replace it so 6 July I decided to send Zayd a very decent message whereby still today I am waiting 16 August for his response... So much for after sales assistance. ALSO BEST OF ALL we found out with a shock that the front disk and brakes need to be replaced! OK so what happened with the service? Also I asked for proof of the service...... Guess what? Still waiting and why will that be? BECAUSE IT WAS NEVER DONE MOST PROBABLY so that also going to cost us extra....... Seeing that the rude people who answer the phone cannot assist me and when I send messages I am not being assisted I decided to post it online maybe then something will be done.... To be quite honest I am very disappointed in myself for not reading the online reviews for ACS, I thought you guys were excellent just to find out that everybody else feels the same as us.... Unhappy with pathetic client service, making empty promises and on top of all of that a car that costs us money from day 1!
