NCT/***(2)(b) NATIONAL CONSUMER COMMISSION v ACS PRE OWNED (PTY) LTD
They sold 2017 E200 that had a back smash and the concealed the information about the accident. I took them through the legal process and now running away from sheriff’s office.
I dealt with Brandon, Sharon and Yusuf. Their service is terrible.
Apart from the judgement they disrespecting, they also owe me R75k that is increasing by just above R6k per month for interest and insurance of their car.
I think Wesbank is also involved because they turned a blind eye to the situation.

01 Nov 2023, 09:44On 21 September 2023 the High court issues a warrant of execution for the attachment of Acs assets to have the matter closed but the office only went to the address on 13 October 2023 and found the premises empty.

He has been disrespecting NCC and NCT since 10 November 2022 until now and when the attachment was to take place they were found to have vacated the building.
I advise people not to deal with these people, they owe me R590k and they are now running and hiding from Sherrif now.

Instead of complying to the order of the Tribunal they chose to run away and operate in the yard.
To comply with the order they were to take the vehicle and and refund me. Then they were to sell their vehicles to avoid business loss. However the choose to keep running away.
At times I wish Office of the Sheriff' was useful in concluding cases.
2020 July to 2023 is such a long time to be running away from debts emanating from a *****ulent deal.
Anyone who may have seen them must contact me.
