I WANT MY REFUND

I bought a 2005 BMW 330i cash from ACS Pre Owned. I had the car for one week when it broke down and had to be taken in for repairs. Abdool has been giving me the run around regarding repairs and I went to him to cancel the deal and get my money back.<br> <br> He failed to register the car in my name simply because it wouldn't pass the roadworthy test. He also failed to give me the service history and spare keys. I later learned that the car was once in an accident and had the front bumper and other engine parts replaced.<br> <br> Even in this instance he is ducking and diving because he knows he has sold me a lemon. I am taking him to court to get my full refund plus legal costs.<br> <br> Please fellow buyers, never ever use ACS Pre Owned because you will be ****med out of your hard earned cash.
