Caution when buying a car from ACS pre-owned Benoni!!

I bought my second hand BMW 1 series from ACS Benoni in the beginning of the year. Two major issues: 1. The car was delivered to me, but cigarette butts were found on the floor of the car and the car smelt of smoke - not the smell you expect from your newly bought car. 2. The service book and car manual were not delivered with the car, and despite numerous attempts to have the books couriered to me, ACS Benoni have failed to deliver them as promised. It has been now 6 months, and they do not return calls or reply to e-mails, and no attempt at delivering the books has been made.
