Cash back bad service

I have traded in my car to buy another car from them. We settled the car and promised to give me a cash back 3 weeks ago. I have never received that cash back even now. I am calling day and night and this lady by the name of Sharon she's always promising to pay the money in my account "tomorrow" or "my manager is not around, but he's coming today for payment approval" that's the only phrases she like to use every time I speak to her.

ACS Pre Owned is so bad after the deal is done. They have a bad customer services and they don't do as promised after the deal is done.

Never expect them to pay you after you take their car. They always play hide and seek
