Bad aftersale sirvice

<p>On Tuesday the 24 January 2017 we trade in a Nissan Navarra 2009 model registration nr: BYR 441 L , at ACS Pre owned Motors in Benoni, in on a Nissan Navarra 2012 Reg nr: CG 07 KY GP. The difference was paid with a Standard bank cheque in the amount of R145 000.00.<br />On requiring for the car`s registration documents, Abdool inform me that the papers is still with Wes bank, and will be available on Friday the 27 January or the latest Monday 30 January.<br />On Monday we phoned them 5 times. Record as follow:<br />9.08 ********** 211, 9.19 ********** 777, 15.05 ********** 777x2,<br /> 15.06 ********** 359, 15.07 011 ********** x2 they promise to phone back or we will receive the papers the next day.<br />On the Tuesday 31 January at 10.28 : ********** 211, we request a prove off payment concerning the vehicle. <br />On the invoice of ACS , it warranty that all said vehicles are paid in full. On the 6 Feb we received a proof of payment amount R95908 21 to Wes bank from ACS. That is 2 days after warranty on tax invoice, and there is no claim, that that`s the new vehicles statement.<br />This is now the 13 Feb, 21 days after we bought the vehicle, and still don’t know whether the vehicle is paid in full. What is the reason for all the delay and lies ?</p>
