Bad After sales services

I'l like to express my dissatisfaction about the poor after sales service I'm currently experiencing at ACS pre owned motors in Benoni. In February 2016 I bought a BMW 125i convertible car that had issues(Soft Top and may more) that I was not aware of due the fact of false adverti*****t. I then address the issue with the dealership and they promised to fix the problems the car is having . But now they always promised me to come and fetch the car for repairs and now it's almost 3 months they've been promising to fetch the car and whenever I asked them what happened they always tells me that they do not have enough drivers to come collect the car. To sum it up the very car that is giving me problems is not the car we agreed on the phone that i was going to buy, I was told when I get there which was the following day that the car that I was supposed to buy was sold and I then bought the current one only to find it is problematic... has so many issues and get;s worse as the time goes by . I'm so dissapointed and had I knew I was not going to bother myself cause I drove all the way to buy a car in Benoni leaving other dealership around Johannesburg hoping that I would a get a good deal
