Bad After sales service

<p>We bought a Nissan Navara 2012 on the 24 January 2017. it was a trade in on a older Nissan Navara, and the rest was paid with a bank guarantee check, on the 24.01.2017.</p> <p>We stay about 200 km from Benoni and was told that we will receive the registration documents within a week. After numerous phone calls, with the promise that some one will phone back, i still got no feedback.</p> <p>On the request that i want proof of payment, that the newly bought car,, wass paid in full ( It was prevously financed with Westbank) thy cannot give me the information.</p> <p>The registration on the newly bought car has expired on the 31.01.2017. </p> <p>On thr request that i want a copy of the business reg no , aswell as the organisation`s proxy,( seeing that i want to do the chanche of ownership on the sold car), the answer was that they will do this on my behalf. </p> <p>This is not agreed on, they may asweel take a year to do the change of ownership.</p>
