bad after sale service

i bought the car from him on the 3rd of February, i was told the car will be registered with traffic department and will get the licensin disc as well as number platets within a week. almost a month later i have not recieved the disc and the permit he gav3 me has expired. when i call him he is shauting at me, telling me that i am not the only costomer n he will get back to me...... i called him many times about this and now he drops my calls..... n the car i bought i found out was involved in an eccident..... he also promised to give me a second key as well as the service book which he never did... i am now seating with an installment of R5 800 for a car 5hats not in my name.... very bad service from ABDOOL OF ACS PRE OWNED<br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br>
