Acs pre owned - *******. ************. Do not purchase from them!

2 months ago I purchased a vehicle from acs. Within 2 weeks the oil light kept coming on and electric windows on one side stopped working. They said they would fetch the car and have a repair. A week after they fetched the car they called to say they didn't know they had sold me a rebuilt engine. While the car was in their possession the entire engine and both turbos had blown. They apologized profusely and asked for the opportunity to replace the vehicle. I gave them this opportunity and accepted another vehicle that was offered. They kept possession of the original car I bought. Have never signed over the replacement car to me. We are 2 months in. I have paid 2 car instalments, 2 insurance payments, 2 tracker payments. And still they sit with BOTH vehicles. I have email proof of them taking responsibility in a formal letter. Of an offer of the replacement vehicle with vin number make and model etc. And now they just refuse to take my calls or answer messages. I'm currently in process with the finance house and also escalating to the ombudsman. Am leaving this review here because I am sure this will take months to resolve legally, and I want to warn any one who is thinking to purchase from them to rather take your money elsewhere. They are ************ at a level that is crazy. They have **** so much I can't keep up. Zero integrity. Zero ethics. Stay far away. Be warned. I will be taking this along with my proof of their **** to every platform that I am able to. They abuse the rights of customers. Some one has to hold them accountable and stop this.
