Acs pre owned mfc

I recently got approved last week by mfc for car finance of which I purchased the car a white BMW 118 a 2012 model from ACS pre owned in Benoni

The problem that I have is that on Saturday the 13th of March 2021 I went and signed the deal and the car was realized to me on the very same day on my way home round about 20H30 the car popped a drive train message of which I reported immediately to the guy who was helping me with the sale and he did not respond to me until the next day in the morning at 08H37 I have a screenshot of the conversation I had with him on whatsapp I have also have the screenshot of the Drive train message that popped up the car the car also popped a message that says Gearbox position P not engaged on Sunday the 14th of March 2021 I also have the screenshot of that message when I went to fetch the car on Saturday the 13th of March 2021 they told me the car has recently been serviced and when we contacted BMW for service history when I was trying to get a service cover I was told that the last time BMW serviced that car was when it was on 40000 K's I sent an email to Sharon the after sales lady stating to her that I need the cars service history I have the screenshot of the email she strategically called me avoiding to respond on email telling me she got My email and said she will see what she can do and the service book that they gave me which is on the car is blank and on the ad that they put out on auto trade they said they have the full service history I have the screen shot of the ad I would like for MFC to cancel this deal cause I have been misled as a customer through the advert and the is no way that the company did not know about the drive train and the gearbox problems that started showing on the very same day that the car was collected of which the salesman said he didn't know cause the person who traded in the car is their regular client and this is the 3rd car traded in by the client unless the company does not check for the problems on the trade ins of which in one of the documents that I signed which is a checklist they ticked everything as OK please cancel this deal with immidiate effect as I feel it is a ******* for a R199 000 car a car that expensive should never have an engine and a gearbox problem especially if it's less than 5 days since the collection please assist this company called ACS is taking advantage of unsuspecting customers I also have an email where sharon the after sales lady said the reason the car showed a drive train is because the car did not have enough petrol can a car have a drive train for that reason?
