ACS BENONI PREOWNED - ********

My Relationship Started with ACS A few Years ago,

when I bought my First Car from this dealership, It was all Rosey, went back and bought my second car from them, I had gone back the third time, On my third purchase with ACS, it was a nightmare, i traded in my BMW 1 Series with them for a 2014 Golf GTI

1) They evaluated the BMW as my Trade in, upon Evaluation, Brandon, who is a Sales Rep for this Dealership had informed me that the BMW was in good condition, I took delivery of the GTI on the same day

2) I received a snotty Message from Brandon, telling me that i owe the Dealership R20 000 for the motor of the BMW (My Trade in) when Brandon had told me before that the car was in good condition for the trade in

3) ACS Never settled my trade in with BMW in full, Of which, received Ugly messages and calls from both Brandon and Yusuf

My Dad then got involved with the "Owner" and I use the Term "Owner" because all Abdool is good at is taking Peoples Money and sucking you dry of every penny you may have

ACS in Benoni failed to provide me with all the information on the 2014 Golf GTI I purchased from them, which now i might be sitting with a problem Vehicle

Advice to all People buying second hand cars, DO NOT SETTLE WITH ACS, They are a bad group of people, they are not ethical, They will sell you a piece of **** and will leave you hanging once you take delivery of a vehicle, if the car has issues with it, they WILL NOT assist you
