Disrespectful advisor

I’m very disappointed with the customer service I recommend from an advisor today named Kasturi Haripersad who was extremely disrespectful when I expressed that for months I haven’t been getting emails from them and needed a paid up letter to be sent via email, she then proceeded to chase me off the call and started yelling at me leaving me with a lot of emotional distress. I suffer from anxiety and depression and she did not make it easy. I called back to speak to a manager and I was told there is no manager available. ACS please do better, be professional at all times and hire people with a heart !!!!!!!!!
