Bad customer service

ACS is a dishonest company,they made an arrangement for me and when I called up to confirm banking details for a discounted settlement amount that they gave me,they didn't want to help me at all,they just advised my account has been sold to another company yet an arrangement was made with them.No one called to inform me that my arrangement is no longer valid..I had to call around and still no one is able to take responsibility neither Mr price or ACS debt recovery.
