ACS is Shady (euphemism)

This company is totally ********* and has no scruples at all. I've been paying them.for 10mnths and my account has barely gone down at all. I requested a statement and charges included 2 × emails every mnth at R25 a shot. Electronic communication at R3.65 x whatever amounts every mnth. This after I have been faithfully paying! Their daily interest is charged twice some months and then you get their commission charged every month. I have never experienced such ********* behaviour (ludicrous charges) and such harassment (obsessive calls!)from a debt company and trust me I can compare.
