ACS Debt collectors are just *********

I overpaid my account, now they want to hold my money for 4weeks before I can get a refund. You know why? So that they can earn interest on my money before sending it back. I wasnt even told how long I should wait for the refund to reflect, I had to hound them with emails, like their agents hound u when u miss payments.
