ACS Debt Collectors are Disgusting !!!

I’ve had a Mr Price Home account and due to my choices it fell into arrears, I kept on working on it and set up an arrangement with their debt collectors being ACS Debt collectors. Everything went well and then I had extra cash and I plaid them in full.

Gave it a month and requested for a letter to confirm that it’s paid in full and that my credit scare will be updated, I did this 3 times and both the email address given when you call Their lines does not work.

They were always ready to call me for payments and to reset the arrangement but now they can’t send me a letter to clarify that it’s paid in full. I just want that letter that’s all.
