service at Bosch

I took the car for service at Bosch car service, amanzimtoti. I was very disappointed by the fact that the lady that was helping me told me that They are not going to phone and arrange for the insurance to pay for their services. I gave the lady the name of the insurance and all the details of the insurance, instead, she told me that I have to phone the insurance myself. when I was still talking she says"I cant' without hearing me out. That tells she was not willing to help me with anything. Secondly, communication is very bad. They don't communicate to inform you about the progress of the car service, if there some things that need to be replaced or fixed. They only give you a print out of things to be be fixed when you come to fetch the car. Very bad services.
