Unprofessional and unapologetic

Critical: Professionalism The lady who assisted me replaced front brakes instead of rear brakes (she even went to check her call log book to make sure I wasn't lying). She then made me wait for about 2 hours while they arranged for the correct brakes. After driving for a couple of days, the car complained about rear brake pads and I went back. I was then told that the brake sensor was not replaced and I had to pay for it. I have previously done brake replacement with Bosch in Johannesburg and their service was excellent. These guys were just horrible and today marks 2 weeks since I've been waiting for them to call me to fit the sensor. I have been driving with a car that complains everytime I start and stop it. Definitely not going back there, and I wouldn't advise anyone to either
