Unacceptable Service and Total Disappointment ACS AutoWorx Bosch Pietermaritzburg

I am at a loss for words. Saying I’m fuming doesn’t begin to cover it, calling this bad service is an understatement. I visited ACS AutoWorx Bosch Car Service in Pietermaritzburg, Burger Street, with high expectations, only to have them crushed far below disappointment. I wouldn't recommend their services to anyone, not even "my worst enemy".

I took my car to them on May 9th, 2024. It was drivable but consuming oil and emitting smoke, so I thought it wise to get it checked. As I write this review on July 24th, 2024, I still do not have my car back. They performed an engine overhaul that took two months and a week. I had the car for a weekend before returning it on Monday, July 15th, 2024, due to oil leaks and continued smoking.

They disassembled the engine once more and I am still without my car. Their customer service is non-existent, offering no reassurance or consistent communication about the car's progress to help manage my expectations. They show no regard for the inconvenience caused. I’ve had to rely on Uber for nearly three months now and though I hope my car will be fixed for good, I have no confidence that it will be.

I am bracing for the worst while hoping for the best. This is the worst place you could ever take your car. Shop around and steer clear of this ACS AutoWorx Bosch Pietermaritzburg, you'll be far better off elsewhere.
