Terrible Rude Staff - Pmb Branch

I made a booking on the 28th June at the Pietermaritburg branch for 14 kids for my son's Birthday. The service recieved from the staff was appalling. the lady that was on duty was very rude and so stubborn. She was not doing us a favour, we paid for a service and to use the facility, most of the kids , were just that, kids, who needed assistance and direction, she was so rude and treated them as adults, without any assistance of care. Such people who have no patience or the ability to work with kids should not be employed at such places.

my son who is only 5, was strapped in the harness, and I think he got nervous and wet himself, and this happened whilst i was making payment, instead of her calming my child down, she just stood there so upset and angry as though he did something so wrong, he is just a kid and accidents happen! i asked her to unstrap him so that i could change him, her response was that he will have to use same harness , its in the policy, my response was that it is fine, but her manner and tone of her response was terrible. the toddlers were from 3 - 5 who did the yellow path, she did not follow with them or assist them whatsoever, we as parents had to through the path with our kids being nervous they could fall off without any guidance.

Acrobranch needs to be mindful of the type of people hired to deal with kids and customers, we are paying for a service and it is not the other way around. Friendly and welcoming staff will ensure a fun and wonderful time, however this is not what we experienced at all, truly disappointed in the serviced received.
