Rude address by manager

Our son got married at Rosemary Hill on the 17th of September 2022. We booked for the night of the 16th two of their studio apartments and on the 17th one of the dorms. We were friendly greeted and welcomed by the receptionists. We asked, if possible when no one is occupying the dorm on the morning of the 17th, if we could put our luggage in the dorm’s communal area when we have to evacuate the studio. The receptionist said that this is not permitted usually. We asked if we could discuss this with the manager. We were then requested to take a seat in the meantime. The manager came later, but treated us very rude – not even came closer to us where we were seated or inviting us to approach the reception desk. Another lady joined her and she was also very rude in her remarks to us. She said it is our problem where to store our luggage for the hours between “check in” and “check out”. All of these conversations took place over this distance separating us (so, quite loud for all in sundry to hear). We were treated like trash – considering we paid 50% of the reception expenses for the wedding on this Saturday (bearing in mind the simple request that only if the dorm was vacant, to utilise the communal area).

This kind of behaviour is, to us, very negative and not the image we think you want to put out in the public!

Good  Afternoon Willie,

Hope that you are very well!

Kindly note that you accidentally rated the wrong company. Acrobranch is not on the premises of Rosemary Hill Farm anymore. We moved at the beginning of the year 2021 to Garsfontein. Thus this should not be a complaint to Acrobranch, as we are a Treetop Adventure company and not an accommodation establishment.

I am sorry that you had a bad experience at Rosemary Hill. We can't be associated with the complaint. Kindly direct the complaint to Rosemary Hill Farm.

Have an amazing day!

Best Regards
Acrobranch
