Bad service

We booked a room at this venue for 3 guests. The receptionist contacted us while we were en route to confirm that we were still taking the room upon which we informed her that we were just having dinner and then we will be checking in.

Upon arrival our room was giving to somebody else which left us with no room after traveling 320kms.

The manager on duty was very rude and said that it is first come first serve. We were not asked for a deposit to confirm our booking when we made it.

We had to look for other lodging at 9 in the evening on motorbikes in a town we did not know.
