Retirement funds

I had resigned at work on the 25th of May but only submitted my documents onbthe 24th July...as the days went by i contacted the company approximately after 2weeks and the had told me my funds will reflect onbthe following week which was August17...ibthen contacted them on the 18th noticing the were no funds in my account....i spoke Lethabo and Annie Marrie who they said was a manager....very poor management skills and service from all 3 of them including the lady that refused to give me her name....i was even given a go ahead n this here. They said it should reglwct by monday of which today is monday and absolutley nothingbin my acconunt. Had i had no urgent needs for this money i wouldnt even have bothered them. They really failing to understand because even when i tried to explain that at first i was told everythn was set the money should reflect on thursday the 17th ivwaited but when i called on the 18th it was another storry. Please help.
