You are messing with my credit score. I don't know who you are and I don't understand how do I have a loan with you. *** that's what it shows on my experian. Ensure that its taken out from my profile and it doesn't mess up anything...

I shall escalate the matter to the ombudsman if it doesn't get resolved..
