Urgent Complaint – Unauthorized Agreement & Harassment
Dear HalloPeter Team,
I received a call from a company called Acquifin (Pty) Ltd with this no 0861 112 044 at 10:36 Am today 20 February 2025 stating they needed to confirm my residential address and that the police would be sent to my place for verification. Shortly after, I received another call claiming that I had agreed to pay an amount of R2,860.93, which I never consented to.
I believe this is highly suspicious and possibly *****ulent. I need clarity on the legitimacy of this matter and immediate assistance in resolving it. Please advise on the necessary steps to take.
