Unfair blacklisting

This name Acquifin pty ltd displays on my credit record since July 2023 and is steadily destroying my credit score, despite the fact that, as far as I am aware, I have no dealings or business with them.

Again, before creditors or debt collectors may blacklist you at a credit agency, they must follow certain steps outlined in the National Credit Act (NCA).

According to the NCA, your creditor - the company to which you owe money - or the debt collector in charge of collecting the money must notify you in writing of their plan to negatively list you with a credit agency. They must give you 20 working days to respond before submitting your name for listing to the bureau.I never got any correspondence.
