*****ulent - claiming settled accounts and poor level of service

very poor service and highly ruining my credit score on the bureau due the account that is closed , they bought a closed account from sleepmasters which has been settled of which upon their contact with me I told them the account and send them the paid up letter , the account was not even with them but only after the account is settled they are claiming to have bought the account , this is the highest ***** as its best they are failing to resolve this issue since last year, i have been in contact with them yet nothing has been done , this is poor service with so *********** staff one of them by the name of Kabelo Madumo failing to even provide a constructive feedback the only thing I'm getting is that the query is been send to the relevant department
