I am writing to express my disappointment as I have yet to receive a paid-up letter for the debt I settled in March 2024. I fulfilled my obligation promptly, and the absence of this documentation has caused unnecessary frustration.
Your WhatsApp line is no longer working but when someone needed to pay we were reminded daily on WhatsApp.
Kindly prioritize sending the paid-up letter as soon as possible. I appreciate your attention to this matter.
