**** loan appearing on my credit profile!

Imagine my shock when I get an email stating that my credit score was going down only to check and find that Acquifin says that I took a loan with them on the 4th of October 2022... this is an UTTER & COMPLETE **** that is now affecting my credit score and making it difficult for me to fulfill the things I'd like to achieve. I have never even heard of this company before today and would like this removed from my profile ASAP!!!! I did not take a loan with you and I have been unemployed since 2019 so how did this even happen??? FIX IT FAST!!!!!
