PRESCRIBE DEBT

I have contacted this company since December 2024, wrt a prescription letter on debt that they bought over from Capfin which has prescribed. They ignore emails and when they did respond in December 2024, they do not know the National Credit Act wrt prescription. I have gone the alternative route now and reported the non communication and ********ness wrt prescribed debt to the NCR.. Formal prescription notifications have been sent, but no response. Maybe I will get help now
