I don't have my paid up letter. I have emailed their customer care as well as the so called manager Bridgitte Mathole but no one replies. I was sent a letter that had my ID number but someone else's details completely, which is such a red flag because of the POPIA breach and the fact that I may have been ****med by this organisation!!!!!
