Pathetic service even after you have Paid up the debt

Got listed by the people payed them of and it going for 3 month now and my credit report has still not been updated. These people cost me a jog and now i cant apply for a home because of them. Spoke to countless agent in this company and nobody can provide answers as to why this is not correct. Its been more that 40 day like they advise yet my profile is still not updated.
