Pathetic

This is the worst company every the consultants don’t have respect and speak to you like you are an imbecile I have spoke to bridgette,Vivian and Tsegofatso amongst others today I have sent through emails trying to resolve my query where this company has listed two accounts on my profile reflecting in arrears and have requested for them to update my profile with no luck and they have breached POPIA but furnishing me with a consumers statement which reflects his personal information, I have been patient with this entity I will lodge a complaint with the Ncr , Ncc and ombudsman and evidence will be sent with consumers details being exposed
