Not updating credit report

My capfin loan has been handed over to Acqufin and to my surprise they loaded it onto my credit report but fail to update when i make a payment when I phoned the call center they said they only update it when the amount is fully paid off which I think is utter ******* you guys need to update the credit bureau cuase you affecting my credit score
