Still no feedback what poor service why is it so fast to add accounts on ones credit profile but to remove it needs to be send from pillar to post I think we should involve lawyers now this is ridiculously poor service

I want proof that this account will be removed you dont first make contact with a person before you decide to add your unknown name on my credit profile no contact was made this is affecting my credit profile poorly and I request it br removed asap this back and forth will not work Brigitte please give me the department name where it was escalated to and the manager contact numbers

Why do you need an account statement from Russell's isn't it the account was cession to you so where does Russell's come in than how about I deal directly with Russell it's not Russel's who put that on my credit profile it's you guys I will make contact with Russel's directly I will get my lawyers today to contact Russell

Please do note I have lodged a complaint with the credit ombudsman Brigette all correspondence send from was send to them as well this matter has been taking further as the account has not been removed yet
