Lies on SMS

I received a call from one of your consultant where I did not confirm anything with them just my name and surname. At 08:56 I got a text massage confirming a debt acknowledgement which I never did.

This is unacceptable, please go to your recordings and list to what I said. You can't be sending messages stating that people acknowledged stuff.

I called the number below and was told to ignore the sms, ignore how? Why send lies on an sms in the first place.

The message below; Dear ******xx. This confirms that on even date, you have discussed your CAPFIN4 debt with Acquifin (Pty) Ltd, and you have acknowledged the CAPFIN4 debt to the value of R6973.6. For any questions please do not hesitate to contact us on ***. Regards, Acquifin (Pty) Ltd
