Get off my account and clear my name

I want to know why are you now on my clearscore app?? I dont know you i have never had a loan with you-you are making my credit look bad i want you to remove it from my account using experian wich you used to get it loaded on my report if you dont i will take the matter to the ombudsman for help cause this is not legal how the hell can i have a balance of R9000 with you???
