Disputing a bill on my credit profile

I have issues with this company it has been showing on my credit score since 2022 that I have a lone with them which I never paid...I have never taken a loan with acquifin kindly remove that amount reflecting under my name please and stop calling me..I have never app**** for a loan with y'all you are messing my credit score
