Disappointing Service - Account Not Updated Despite Full Payment

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Acquifin (Pty) Ltd. I fully settled my loan (Loan #*********15) well before the due date, yet it still reflects as unpaid and in arrears on my credit report. This has severely impacted my credit score, causing unnecessary stress and frustration.

Despite multiple attempts to get this issue resolved, there has been no action from Acquifin to update my account status. It is unacceptable that after fulfilling my obligations, I am still being penalized for a debt that has already been cleared.

This level of incompetence and lack of customer care is inexcusable. I strongly advise others to think twice before dealing with Acquifin, as their lack of proper account management could lead to similar issues for other customers.

I hope this review prompts Acquifin to take the necessary steps to rectify this situation immediately. Until then, my trust in this company is entirely broken.
