Company claiming to be owed R45 000 by me

Please help me this company appears on my it and I have never received or app**** for any loan from them. The guy who answered the call was the owner of the company and said he does not have my name in his records and I am not the first one to complain about this. Kindly help me for I cannot do anything I can't even have credit through this company.
