Acquifin/Liquidfin loan

Hi, Yesterday I received an SMS from a company called Acquifin,they had attached my ID number and claim that I have a loan with them,I don't remember applying for a loan with this company,I sent them an email,so that they could enlighten me,but they are not responding..pls help
