Rude and unprofessional

Very rude and unprofessional. We canceled before 4 weeks of the booking date, to which the owner rep**** she has a 1 month cancelation period that was never disclosed to us. Ignores my messages or laughs at my terms when i demand my money back. And her website is now unavailable to look at. I demand a full refund because we canceled in the grace period.
